The City of Scottsdale participates in Flock’s “National Lookup” program which means that other users that participate in National Lookup can search Scottsdale’s Flock data and create hotlists for vehicles within the City of Scottsdale.

Scottsdale does not have control over how others use the National Lookup tool.
